    Closing maps crashes EPASS

    Problem: Closing the mapping screen on terminal server gives error and EPASS crashes.

     

        CoreWebView2InitializationCompleted - failed.
        Exception in ePASSWebViewer.WebViewer.InitializeAsync: Failed to initialize WebView2 - The requested resource is in use. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800700AA)
        CoreWebView2InitializationCompleted - failed.

    Solution: You must reload updates on the terminal server. Contact EPASS Support if you need assistance.
