EPASS integrates with RWS / RetailDeck to display your inventory from EPASS on your website. This works by setting up an automated feed where EPASS periodically sends data to RWS, who then parse and process the data and display it on your website.
The EPASS export works within the parameters set by RWS and EPASS is not in control of how RWS processes the data or how the RWS website shows / manipulates that data.
There is a one-time setup fee for EPASS Support to create the data feed. It is recommended that you work with RWS prior to creating the feed to determine if any custom logic or data needs to be included. Please contact EPASS Support for more information.
Should you wish to make any customizations to the feed after it has been set up, please note that those changes will be billable as they are outside the scope of the original set-up.
