Does EPASS offer after-hours services?

Question: Does EPASS offer after-hours services?

 

You may prefer to perform certain tasks after hours to avoid impacting other EPASS users. This can include refreshing the play database, importing data, changing database configurations, etc.

 

EPASS Support hours are Mon-Fri, 6:30am to 5:30pm PT.

 

Answer: Yes. There are two options, depending on the urgency of the request. 

 

Option 1: Request the task to be performed on the next available Tuesday evening.

 

We have a standing maintenance window every Tuesday evening and our team is scheduled to be available late. This window is offered to any customers who wish to run after-hours tasks and they will be performed at no additonal cost (if the task itself it billable, the fee still applies). The available time slots fill up about a week in advance, so work would usually be scheduled for the following week after the request is made.

 

Option 2: Request rush service.

 

Should you have an urgent request that cannot wait for the next maintenance window, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that these rush requests do incur additional fees. Contact EPASS Support for more details. 

 

Note: We do have after-hours support coverage that is limited to emergencies such as system outages or issues preventing you from working in EPASS. To page the on-call technician, call us at 1-888-629-4218.
