"Invalid procedure call or argument" when launching EPASS

When starting your EPASS, you receive the following error:

Invalid procedure call or argument
Error # : 5
Source : PASS

[OK] [Help]

This is because EPASS is not running at the Administrator level in Windows.

To work around this, you can right-click on your EPASS shortcut and choose Run as administrator.

If you want to configure the shortcut to always run as admin, you can do the following steps:

1. Right-click on the desktop icon of EPASS and left-click on Properties 
2. Click on Compatability

3. Check Run this program as an administrator

4. Click on OK. 

Please note: you must have the ability to run a program as an administrator on your terminal. Please verify this with your IT Team before making any change.
