    The Export to CSV and Export to PDF buttons in MerchantTrack do not work

    Problem: The Export to CSV and Export to PDF buttons in MerchantTrack for EPASS Pay do not work.

     

    Solution: This is an issue with the web browser control if you choose to Open the file when prompted. If you save the file first and then open it, it should work.
