Setting up and Exporting Spiffs

Spiff Overview

Below is an overview of how to add and export spiffs in EPASS Software.

Step 1 - Import Spiff 

You must add Spiffs through Excel sheets sent to you by your Suppliers.

This is done in the Price List Template (Tools > System Maintenance > Tables > Price List Templates).

We can import those from Price List Templates

Go to the Pricing tab in Price List Templates and you will see Spiff1 and Spiff2 Columns. Match the columns up with you Excel sheet you received from your supplier.

Step 2 - Importing the Spiffs

Go to Serial Inventory and Import Price List.

Choose Import

Choose the correct Template and Excel file you have for the Spiff Import and click OK.

This will import your Spiffs. If you receive errors, please reach out to EPASS Support.

Step 3 - Verify Imported Date

Go to Serial Inventory and Maintenance. Search for any model that was on the Price Sheet you imported for Spiffs.

In the Model Continued Tab, you will see the Spiffs that were imported. If it does not match the Excel sheet, please reach out to the EPASS Support team for assistance.

Step 4 - Exporting the Spiffs

When you are ready EPASS can help you export Spiffs for your Supplier.

Go to Help and Online Documents.

The highlighted reports are the 360 Incentive reports you may use. Please note that you must have Crystal Reports installed on your computer for the report to work.

Double-click on the report you want to run and run the report.

This will bring up the data for all your spiffs. Once you have the data, you may export this to Excel from Crystal Reports. This will save it in the format needed to import the spiffs.

Step 5 – Importing Spiffs to Supplier

Please reach out to your supplier for steps on how to import Spiffs.
