Parts added to Warranty Service Invoice do not show warranty claim information

When adding parts to an invoice in Mobile Tech the warranty claim information does not appear right away.

 

When the technician adds parts to an invoice and you look the Invoice in EPASS, it is set to Warranty=Yes but there is no warranty claim information.



This is expected behavior. When the Invoice is Finished it will make the required warranty claims and will not let you finish the invoice if there is a part that it can not claim.
