Problem: EPASS cannot send emails when "Try the new Outlook" option is enabled
Solution:
1.In the Windows search box search for Default Apps and hit enter.
2.In the Default apps window under Email select Outlook – do NOT choose Outlook (new).
3. Scroll down and click on Choose default apps by protocol.
4. Scroll down and select MAILTO and select Outlook – do NOT choose Outlook (new).
5.Return to EPASS and trying sending the email again.
