Question: When I pay my EPASS bill will I incur a Foreign Transaction Fee?
Answer: EPASS is based in Canada and uses a Canadian bank account. If you are paying your bill/invoice from an account in the USA, your bank may charge you a foreign transaction fee. This fee does not come from EPASS.
If you would prefer to avoid the fee, you may still pay by check. Contact accounting@epass.software for assistance.
