You will want to set your own date range and can also adjust other parameters. For Report Type, you can choose to generate a detailed list of all invoices falling under a selected brand, along with the total amount, by selecting Detail. Alternatively, you can choose to generate a summary report that only lists the brand and the total amount by selecting Summary. For Include "Not Posted" Invoices: If you select the Finished status for the report parameter, you can choose to include invoices that are in the Not Posted status as well. If you check Include Date as a Column in Excel, the report will include the date for each invoice when you export the results to Excel.
