Network requirements for EPASS Pay terminals

EPASS Pay uses Ingenico POSTrack terminals and Pax terminals in the US. In Canada, Ingenico TriPOS terminals are used.

Internet access to the following destinations is required:

For US-based merchants:

• Open Port 443 to https://prodssl.protectedtransactions.com/AUTH
• Open Port 7003 to temterminalsnar01.icloud.ingenico.com

For Canadian merchants:

• Open Port 443 to https://prodssl.protectedtransactions.com/AUTH
• Open Port 443 to tripos.vantiv.com
• Open Port 9001 to device.tripos.vantiv.com

If these ports or destinations are blocked, the terminals will not be able to function correctly.
