When attempting to run a payment in EPASS Pay, the following error appears:
EPASS Payment Processing Transaction request was declined. Response Code: 1023 Description: Transaction declined because duplicate [OK]
This message appears if you attempt to run more than one transacations for the same amount on the same card in the same day and is a security feature to prevent fraud and accidental double-charges.
