This error can pop up when you try to send an email through EPASS via Outlook.
You need to ensure you have the full version of Outlook installed on your machine. There is an app you can use but EPASS cannot integrate with that to send email.
If you've confirmed you have full Outlook, you can check the ‘Run as Administrator' flag on the shortcut to ensure it is set the same as it is on the EPASS shortcut. It can be on or off but it must be the same.
Relaunch both applications and try emailing again.
