PACKAGE AI – HUB WITH EXTERNAL ID NOT FOUNDIssue: You receive an error that says hub with external id not found when trying to open the Package AI schedule window from EPASS.Solution: Check all of the Invoice Types in EPASS that has the Package AI hub ID entered. Make sure it is set to the same case-sensitivity as what Package AI gives you. You will find the Hub ID setting within the Settings 2 tab of any Invoice Type in EPASS.Once the correct Package AI Hub ID is entered with the correct upper/lower-case letters, the scheduler should open without issue and it should look something like this.
