What do new EPASS clients need to have ready for Go Live?
For a smooth Go Live experience, we recommend the following:
6 weeks prior to Go Live:
Custom print form mock ups are submitted to Support
A printed void check is submitted to Support
All integrations (Retail Deck, AVB, Package AI, Podium, etc.) have been submitted to Support
EPASS Pay MID has been received and terminals have been ordered
4 weeks prior to Go Live:
Barcode scanners have been ordered
Label sizes have been selected and configured in EPASS
Customization requests for standard commission report have been submitted to Support
Mobile Tech has been tested from an outside connection
3 weeks prior to Go Live:
Label printers need to be setup and tested
