What do new EPASS clients need to have ready for Go Live?

 

For a smooth Go Live experience, we recommend the following:

 

6 weeks prior to Go Live:

  • Custom print form mock ups are submitted to Support

  • A printed void check is submitted to Support

  • All integrations (Retail Deck, AVB, Package AI, Podium, etc.) have been submitted to Support

  • EPASS Pay MID has been received and terminals have been ordered

 

4 weeks prior to Go Live:

  • Barcode scanners have been ordered

  • Label sizes have been selected and configured in EPASS

  • Customization requests for standard commission report have been submitted to Support

  • Mobile Tech has been tested from an outside connection

 

3 weeks prior to Go Live:

  • Label printers need to be setup and tested
