Yes, SecurityMetrics is a PCI Compliance partner for EPASS Pay users.

All EPASS Pay merchants are required to obtain and maintain PCI compliance. For this we have partnered with an industry leader, SecurityMetrics. The process is simple and straightforward: 

• Customers who receive the welcome email from SecurityMetrics will validate their user account by accessing the link provided in the email.
  • The welcome email is sent 7 days following the first successfully settled and funded batch.
• Once the user account is validated, the user will be prompted to complete their PCI compliance. 
• The user will follow on-screen prompts to complete their self-assessment questionnaire (SAQ). 
• If the user has questions and/or issues complete their SAQ, they can reach support with SecurityMetrics 24/7/365 by phone and/or email.
