Although it is not possible to sell extended warranties from Mobile Technician (this is in the works for a future version) – there is a workaround which will allow you to effectively accomplish this.
To do this, set up a Misc Code like below:
The technician can then sell the extended warranty and use the Note field on the Misc line in Invoice Detail to describe the model/serial. The system will not allow the invoice to be finished with this misc line and the office can then add the necessary warranty line, delete the misc line, and finish the invoice.
